Tanning Supplies Unlimited not only has an in-house Installation & Technical Support team for tanning bed repair, but we have a team of 60+Factory Trained “Certified Technicians” in the field to support our in-house team as needed. TSU has its own fleet of delivery trucks with liftgates for cost efficient & timely deliveries where appropriate. When not cost efficient, we have several approved carriers that will deliver our equipment to your salon for installation by our “Certified Technicians," with the same care & attention as we do.

We know that stuff happens. When it does, you want to be able to count on qualified factory-trained service techs who know how to install, service & provide timely support. Although our office hours are 8-5 our Owner, Installation/Technical Support Mgr. & VP of Sales take calls & answer texts/emails well into the evening & early in the morning. Our company policy is “Whatever It Takes” when it comes to our customers.
Fortunately, the KBL equipment is designed to allow for easy maintenance/repair diagnostics remotely & in most cases we can identify & resolve equipment issues quickly over the phone. However, when parts and/or onsite tech support is needed we move quickly to get parts out the door & schedule a “Certified Tech” if needed for the repair.

TSU carries a complete stock of most major wear & tear parts as well as many exterior cosmetic parts & price them fairly. Our goal is to provide the “Lowest Total Cost” of tanning equipment ownership over the life of your equipment which includes initial purchase/delivery/installation, operating costs, repair costs, part cost, downtime lost revenues and yes the cost of customer disappointment.

Tanning beds get a lot of use and that’s why we stress the importance of regular cleaning of filters, interior area around the electronic board box & A/C unit as well as preventive maintenance on wear-and-tear parts. A regular Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) can save you money and minimize equipment downtime & customer dissatisfaction.
